Homeopathic Approach and Background
I’m a Homeopathic practitioner of 16 years registered with the Ontario College of Homeopaths and certified by the North American Society of Homeopaths (NASH). I have extensive experience in working with a wide array of people and health matters. For me, it is always profound to work in partnership with those seeking the beneficial shifts and effective intervention that Homeopathy can provide. I have a background in community development and also have been a Social Worker. My education as a Homeopath was with the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine, private clinical supervision and the Homeopathic Master Clinician Course with Louis Klein (see Resources).
With my Homeopathic skills and experience I immediately shifted from working as an advocate and only counselling people to being more about assisting those wanting to heal from the deepest place possible: to transform themselves from being sick to being ready for new possibilities in life. As a system of medicine, Homeopathy has unlimited possibilities: not only to alleviate symptoms that cause suffering, but also to effect deep transformative change that can be part of life long improvement for individuals.
I thoroughly enjoy working with all ages. I work in a culturally sensitive manner for many communities that stems from a personal and political awareness. I have an anti-oppression perspective and use an empowerment model to facilitate the start of an individual’s innate healing capacity and work with Homeopathic remedies with full consent, confidentiality and comfort.
